March 7, 2005 Regular Meeting
Called to Order 7:32 p.m. by Vice President Dick Morris Madge Rogaczewski, Bill Daniels and Ray Garwacki Jr. absent, all other officers and members present. Notice of EIR preparation for Palmdale Regional Airport. PRESENTATIONS ·
Larry Tuma reviewed design changes on TM 43196, 22 homes on 25.5 acres on Desert Road. Some changes were made to improve drainage and reduce downstream erosion. Some discussion of Trail easements and maintenance. Drainage course to remain natural. Michael Hughes Moved to approve Motion Carried (3-1). Dick Morris will send letter. ·
Henry Wolf of Sikand Engineering presented changes to TM 49042, 27 lots on 54 acres north side of Valley Sage Road, west of Puritan Mine Rd. Proposed trail along Valley Sage and loop around perimeter. County will not accept for public use, Will continue to try to incorporate community suggestions and return at later date. ·
Ron Mayhew discussed TM43526 encompassing 174 acres in the area of Crown Valley Rd. east to Wisconsin and Aliso St south to Sacramento. The recorded map includes 136 Lots. They have been attempting to re-engineer drainage in accordance with the County's' watershed management policy while retaining recorded lot lines. · Michael Hughes relayed info from Madge Rogaczewski - Vfw is discontinuing lunches at Gymkhana. Perhaps Acton Town Council will consider taking it over.
