· Letter from Superior Renewal Energy LLC. of Houston Texas regarding proposal to construct wind generators on Sierra Pelona Ridge.

· Dr. Linda Wagner, Asst. Superintendent Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School dist. presented information in support of the school bond proposal coming up on the March 2 ballot.

· Read letter from Supervisor Antonovich's office regarding hauled water policy. From the gallery, Norm Hickling indicated motion is before the Board of Supervisors by Zev Yaroslavsky to adopt existing policy. Supervisor Antonovich is fighting it. Decision is expected in two weeks.

· On question of proliferation of billboards. Norm Hickling explained that any sign advertising anything not on the same location or property is considered a billboard regardless of size. Los Angeles County has had moratorium for last two years on new billboards. Will expire soon, new action may be forthcoming. Michael Hughes Moved to send letter to Norm Hickling listing objectionable billboards for enforcement - Motion Carried Dick Morris will send letter.

· Contacted Acton-Agua Dulce Trails Council regarding new parcels off Hubbard Rd.(PM27044)-No response as yet.

· Michael Hughes suggested that meeting notices be submitted to Valley Press for publication. Madge Rogaczewski will follow up.

· Suggested some action be taken to try to get the school board to comply with Acton Community Standards Ordinance with respect to the design of the proposed high school.

· Leona Sexton suggested the Council have regular representation at School Board meetings.

· Leona Sexton will attend the next School Board meeting. The question of regular representation will be discussed at the next regular meeting .

· Talked to McDonalds and got them to turn their lights down.

· Trash along Sierra Hwy. west of Crown Valley Rd. has been cleaned.

· Received complaint about Graffiti on semi trailer off Crown Valley Rd. south of railroad crossing. Trying to determine property ownership.

· Has received new letter from California Regional Water Quality Control Board that does apply to our portion of the river. Hearing set for Mar. 4, in Los Angeles.
