Called to Order 7:43 p.m. by Vice President Dick Morris
David Weary, Leona Sexton absent - All other officers and members present.
Minutes of August 5, 2002 approved as read.
Minutes of September 16, 2002 approved as corrected.
President David Weary arrived and occupied the chair.
Treasurers report: David Weary reported a balance of $ 724.86
ANNOUNCEMENTS / CORRESPONDENCE
Ray Garwacki Jr. announced receipt of the following:
· A notice regarding High Speed rail project meeting October 16, in Sacramento.
· The grand opening of Hardy Boutique in Santiago Square October 26.
· A notice from the post office indicating box rent due.
· A notice of fictitious firm name filing renewal due December 18.
· David Weary announced receipt of a letter from Paul Lawson regarding his tract map (TM44443 ) he is attempting to resolve some set-back requirements.
· Ray Billett announced there has been some surveying activity on the Brown Family Trust project (TTM48450).
