Ray Garwacki Jr. announced receipt of the following :
· Notice of preliminary staff report from California Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding upper Santa Clara River Chlorine TMDL.
PRESENTATIONS
· Todd Clark, Zoning Enforcement Section, Dept of Regional Planning, defined the operation of his section, and reviewed some of the complaints regarding Acton/Agua Dulce.
· Loren Wells, a resident of Acklins Av., reported on problems with set-back requirements in Acton Community Standards Ordinance applied to existing RV Parking structure. Some discussion of Council’s lack of authority to allow modification of Acton Community Standards Ordinance .

· Trails map was presented at July 27 meeting. One problem area has resulted from lack of provisions for crossing at Metrolink. Trying to tie trails together between communities.

· Submitted Publicity release information. Applications available Aug. 9. At Acton Market, Acton Auto Parts, and Unocal 76. Forum tentatively scheduled for Oct 21. Due to loss of Election P.O. OPEN FORUM
· Dick Morris inquired as to the School Board decision to go ahead with the $21,500,000 GO bond issue to raise funds for completion of High School. From the gallery, Lillian Smith indicated it had been approved by the Board.
