Minutes of June 4, 2001 meeting approved as read.

ANNOUNCEMENTS / CORRESPONDENCE
Dick Morris announced receipt of the following:
· A notice from Michael Antonovich concerning various amendments to be discussed July 24, e.g. Reduction in filing fee for site plan review, allowing minor modification of Auto Parking facilities without Public Hearing, and automatic referrals for legislative review.
· Information from Aqua-Point, manufacturers of on site waste water treatment facilities.

STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS
Planning & Coordinating Chair Dick Morris
· Northstar Minerals, would like to host a tour of their mining operation, if the council is interested.
· TMC hearing is moved to August 28th with the Board of Supervisors.
· CP97-141 Acton Faith Bible Church, hearing to be held July 25 before Regional Planning. A Church and School for grades K - 8 is proposed on property next to Gemstone Mobile Home Park on Soledad Canyon Road near Santiago Rd. Representatives were on hand to describe the changes from the original presentation (April 7, 1997 Regular Meeting). They were given a copy of the Acton Community Standards Ordinance by Georgia Cushman. Council would like time to review.
Bill Daniels Moved to hold a Special Meeting on July 16 to consider this project - Motion Carried (unanimous).
